We accept returns for

  • Issues with size/fit
  • Defective/incorrect items

 

ISSUES WITH SIZE/FIT

We understand that getting the right sizing or fit may be tricky some times. Hence, we will be happy to accept a one-to-one exchange of the same item to a different size. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit with 30 days validity or a replacement item.

Return postage and new postage for the exchange item will be at customer’s cost. Customers are encouraged to mail the return item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. We will not be liable for lost mail and returns will not be processed if the item does not reach us.

Please email to us at contact@fyringe.com within 7 days upon receiving your parcel with the following information and we will get back to you. Your request must be validated by us before mailing your item back.

  • Subject title: Issues with size/fit
  • Order number
  • Item description & SKU
  • The new size of the item to be sent to you
  • Your name
  • Your mailing address and contact number

 

DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEM

We apologise if you have received a defective or incorrect item. The return postage to us will be reimbursed to your bank account (only for Singapore local banks). A one-for-one exchange of the same item will be delivered to you upon receiving the returned item. In the event that the same item is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a store credit with 30 days validity or a replacement item.

Kindly note that following are not considered defects:

  • Slight variations in measurements with a difference of  +/- 0.5”
  • Slight difference in colour as seen on screen
  • Loose threads
  • Removable stains
  • Subjective reasons

  • Item description & SKU
  • Snapshot of the area of defect or incorrect item received
  • Brief description of defect
  • Your name
  • Your mailing address and contact number

 

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

All returned item(s) MUST be in its original condition and meet the following criteria otherwise we reserve all rights to disqualify the return if we deem the item(s) failed to meet any one or more of these criteria.

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Undamaged
  • Packaging and hangtags intact.
  • Mailed back within 5 working days from the date your return is validated by us via email. Strictly no extensions. Overseas return outside Singapore will be offered a longer period.

Please ensure that the returned item(s) for the exchange is packed securely and well sealed as we will not be responsible for any damages to the item(s) that occurred during delivery.

 

REFUNDS

Goods sold are non-refundable. A refund will be made only under the unfortunate circumstance that the item(s) ordered at purchase is no longer available after payment has been completed. Refunds will be made via bank transfer (Singapore local banks only).
